Many women, especially moms should be familiar with Kegel exercises.
When you’re pregnant, they’re recommended to help make your pelvic floor muscle stronger, which helps with labor and delivery.
But performing these exercises shouldn’t stop after we have a child.
If you ignore your pelvic floor it can get weak, which leads to serious health issues such as the inability to control your bowels or bladder.
The good news – there are simple and quick exercises you can do anytime and anywhere.
Seriously – in your bedroom, at the park during lunch or in the back seat of your car waiting to pick up your kids from school.
