188 – How to Control Your Three States of Mind To Achieve Your Goals
🙏 What does mindfulness mean to you?
🙏 We all have goals and dreams that we want to achieve, but sometimes life gets in the way. I know that you moms out there know what I’m talking about. As busy moms, our weeks fly by, and no two days are the same.
🙏 To truly achieve your goals, you have to be in a natural state of being. You need to feel happiness and joy, and be content with living life. But, if you feel stagnant in life, you are not alone. Especially during these hard times. It’s okay not to be okay.
🙏 We all live in three different states of mind, but only one of those states moves you forward in life. The other two will hold you back and keep you from achieving your goals. When you learn how to control them, you can create whatever future you want.
