MM: Why We Need To Be Comfortable With Being Uncomfortable
Think of the last time you played it safe when facing a difficult decision?
You could either stay comfortable or risk being uncomfortable to achieve something new. Then days, weeks, and years later, you have this overwhelming sense of regret?
This is common for a lot of moms. In raising our kids and focusing on helping others rather than ourselves, we stay nice and cozy in our comfort zone.
But what do you think would happen if you put yourself in more situations that made you uncomfortable?
For example, when you decide to transform your body and overall health, you know that it’s going to be hard and that you are going to feel discomfort.
But it’s that feeling that will ultimately lead to positive change.
