FF: Why Cardio Isn’t The Best Leg Training
One of the biggest myths about cardio is that by doing more of it, you are effectively strength training your legs.
All the long runs, bike rides, minutes on the elliptical or in the pool are enough to build beautifully sculpted legs, right?
Sorry, but not quite. Just because you’re getting your cardio in every day, doesn’t mean you can skip leg day.
On today’s Fitness Friday episode, I’m going to address this “cardio = leg training myth” and share with you why all that running, jogging, swimming isn’t as effective as doing this.
