Most people fail to maintain a healthy lifestyle because they forget to do this.

That is they continuously struggle with making themselves a priority.

This is a constant problem I find with clients of mine, especially mothers. They put their kids and spouse first instead of taking even 30 minutes out of their day to do something for themselves.

In today’s show, I’m going to talk about how it’s okay to be selfish and make yourself a priority over others. And how once you do this, you’re going to see that you take even better care of your family and others.
