177 – Why New Moms Should Practice Meditation

???? When you become a mom, your entire world changes.
???? After nine months, you finally have a tiny human in your arms. Your days are consumed with taking care of him or her, and your nights are spent praying for a full night of sleep.

???? Like many new moms out there, you are probably exhausted. And when you’re exhausted, you’re not on top of your Mom game. You feel busier, more anxious, and less like yourself.

???? One of the easiest ways to get back to feeling like the old you is by meditating. By practicing mindfulness and turning inward, you’re going to feel even better than before. And all you need is 10 minutes or less a day.
