First, I get it – for a lot of us our schedules can make morning workouts an impossible task and our only option is to exercise at night.

Working out in the evenings is very common but there’s one issue I hear a lot with this routine.

Lack of good sleep!

Fitting in a regular exercise routine and still logging those much-needed 7-8 hours of sleep is tough.

I know many people who say exercising too close to bedtime will lead you to having a hard time falling asleep, so on today’s show I want to share five things you can do to make sure your later workout doesn’t keep you from a good night of sleep.
