FF: How Long Should My Workouts Be?
There’s a lot of debate about this question.
Exactly how long should your workouts be?
Should they be short high-intensity intervals or hour-long workouts working multiple muscle groups using heavy weights? Which will get me the best results?
What if we don’t have time to work out for an hour because we have to take our kids to school in the morning, get to work, and then pick up our kids and get ready for dinner?
Is there a workout that is going to get me results in less time?
These are all great questions and with most things related to fitness and nutrition, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach.
It all depends on your personal goals when choosing the type of workouts you do and for how long you do them.
So, in today’s Fitness Friday episode, I’m going to break down my recommended approach and prove there isn’t one proven answer to how long your workouts should be.
