It’s because a diet that’s full of vegetables means you are consuming a majority of the nutrients, minerals, and antioxidants your body needs to be healthy.
But, do you know what doesn’t get talked about enough? If eating raw or cooked vegetables is better for you.
Some say that consuming them raw means you’re getting the most nutrients and some say cooking is better for you.
So, who’s right and who’s wrong?
