196 – How to Get Yourself Back on Track Again
😊 Like many of us, you probably started your New Year with goals and resolutions for what you wanted to accomplish in 2020. Whether they were health goals, personal goals, or professional goals, you just KNEW this was your year.
😊 But, 2020 has been difficult for all of us. There have been a lot of unknowns in our daily lives and in the world. If you are struggling to reach your goals, don’t worry. You’re not alone.
