????So now is the perfect time to figure out your ideal calorie calculations. All bodies are made differently and every woman I work with will have a different daily calorie goal.

???? In order to lose, gain, or maintain your weight, you must understand the math behind calorie intake and calories burned. But it doesn’t have to be hard! Any new mom can easily calculate their calories based on their height, weight, and activity level.

???? In order to lose weight, you must be at a caloric deficit. If you are trying to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you are burning. And if you want to maintain your current weight, all you need to do is eat the same amount of calories every day. It’s really that simple!
