FF: Recognizing Workout Burnout And How To Stop It
Motherhood comes with a lot of responsibilities, which can leave you feeling drained.
And for a lot of moms, it gets worse when you decide to get fit. Even when you’re sticking to your workouts and you’re seeing results you may start to lose motivation, which is normal to a point.
If you are at a point where you feel totally unmotivated and so tired of exercise that you’re ready to hang up your gym shoes for good, then it’s time to re-evaluate.
This is known as fitness burnout and there are a lot of reasons why you might be feeling that way.
This is really common when you’re a mom trying to lose weight and get fit, and if you’ve been feeling this way I want to help you get out of that rut.
