This is a very common question in the health profession world with intermittent fasting rising in population and one I want to address.
For a lot of people, exercising while fasting has great benefits, but for others, it’s the complete opposite.
So, how well do fasting and exercising mesh?
What should you do to ensure you have an effective workout while fasting?
