I see people who are both new to fitness and others who are frequent gym-goers skip some of the most effective exercises.
I always wonder why.
Most of them aren’t that hard to do or intimidating, but they continue to be overlooked, especially two of my favorite leg exercises.
Leg training is constantly overlooked and the benefits from these two exercises serve as the foundation for strengthening and slimming down your body. Plus, they also improve posture, back pain, and flexibility with every rep.
