😔 How many of you indulge in your favorite foods and drinks on the weekends, only to feel guilty about your weight on Monday morning?
😔 Many of the women I work with want to determine their success based on the number on the scale, but that’s the opposite of what you should be doing. In the end, those numbers don’t define who you are.
😔 There’s no wrong way to have a body. Whether you want to lose body fat, drop a jean size, or tone up, the numbers will fluctuate. It’s normal and it’s all part of the process.
