204 – How to Compare Yourself to Others for Inspiration and Motivation
🙍♀️ How many of you spend your evenings scrolling on social media and stop on specific influencers? We all have favorite accounts we like to follow, but sometimes, it’s easy to get stuck thinking they “have it all”, and we don’t.
🙍♀️ With the rise of social media and the accessibility to glimpse into other peoples’ lives, it’s easy to compare ourselves to others. And when that happens, it brings us down.
🙍♀️ We feel anxiety and the pressure to be perfect. We feel like we aren’t enough and we become focused on what we don’t like about ourselves, instead of feeling grateful for what we do have.
🙍♀️ Today on #MindsetMonday, we’re going to talk about how to stop comparing ourselves to others in a negative way. Instead, we can use that comparison for inspiration and motivation to reach your goals.
