186 – Why it’s Okay for Moms to Go Against the Norm
😢 In the world today, cultural norms are created by society. What we should buy, how we should think, and how we should live our lives are dictated by what’s “normal.”
–
😢Authority leaders such as the media, the government, and big pharma instill understood “rules” that we are meant to follow.
–
😢 As we grow older, many of us begin to seek out ways to transform our minds and bodies. We question what is essential in our lives and if our actions benefit our present and future. We stray away from what’s “normal” and walk a different path.
–
😢 So what happens when you start to make significant life changes? Other people don’t understand the choices you make. They don’t believe in what you’re doing. To them, what you’re doing is unacceptable–you’re breaking away from the norm.
–
😢 Today on #MindsetMonday, we’re going to talk about why it’s okay for Moms to go against the norm and what you can do when no one understands the life changes you’re making. When you commit to living a lifestyle focused on health and wellness, not everyone will understand. And that’s okay.
