Here’s the truth – how much you weight, your jean size, body fat percentage – those numbers should not be what defines you.
Your happiness should not be based on weight-loss goals. It should be about the better person you’re becoming on your body transformation journey.
Today’s Mindset Monday is a reminder to every woman who gets caught up with numbers. What’s important is what you learn about yourself and how you’ve become a stronger, healthier, happier person.
